Talk about the munchies. A Columbus, GA man was arrested on Tuesday morning for possession of marijuana after police discovered marijuana stashed in Hardee’s fast food bags in his car.
Octavius McCurdy, 23, was stopped by police officers at about 10:30 am and searched his vehicle. During the search, officers found less than 10 grams of marijuana hidden in two Hardee’s bags on the floor of the vehicle. There was also drug paraphernalia in one of the bags.
McCurdy was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug related objects. He was taken to Muscogee County Jail.
