A thirteen year old boy from West Sacramento, Ca. has been arrested after bringing marijuana cookies to his elementary school and selling the cookies to other students.
The teen, whose name has not been released due to his age, brought six of the cookies to school on Tuesday. The school houses grades K-8.
Two of the cookies were sold to another student, who then gave them to two other students.
Police were alerted after one of the students who ate a cookie became ill. The boy who brought the cookies to school was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.
Police still do not know where he got the cookies from, or if they were homemade.
