Alabama Representative Patricia Todd has pre-filed a bill in the Alabama House that would legalize medical marijuana in the state.
Todd believes that legalizing medical marijuana would help those suffering from severe pain. The bill has been proposed in the past and failed, but Todd believes that the political climate on medical marijuana is shifting.
The 2013 session of the Alabama Legislature begins on Tuesday. Todd’s bill is the first issue scheduled to be considered on Wednesday by the House Health Committee.

The south won't let it happen. Kentucky here. Gonna be in Washington soon… hopefully.

I think it won't either but never hurts to hope. I'll be smoking many strains regardless. It would be nice to see concentrates take off here though.
