On Saturday, Colorado Democrats officially enforced Amendment 64, the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act at the Dem state convention and assembly in Pueblo.
The Amendment has also gained support across party lines. Mason Tvert, a supporter of the measure, explained, “While there may be more support among Democrats and independents, this is quickly becoming a popular position. Supporting an end to marijuana prohibition and regulating marijuana like alcohol is a position that spans the political and ideological spectrum.”
In Colorado, 15 counties have adopted resolutions which support regulating marijuana like alcohol.

Finally! Dont let marijuana become a medical only thing. Because before you know it only the big pharmaceuticals will have control. Sure I have a red card, and I sincerely qualify for it. But I would be lying if I said I only used weed for medical reasons. I also choose to boycott dispensaries that have the "medical only" dogma. Its just foolish, and they are ruining our highly potent weed with high cbd strains that have no psychoactive affects. They have the misguided idea that they want to "legitimize" weed. Morphine, codeine, oxycontin, zoloft, paxil, and many more are psychoactive, and legitimate.
