10% of Americans Admit to Going to Work High on Marijuana

A new survey conducted by Mashable shows that 9.74% of Americans smoke marijuana before heading to work. Of those who smoke marijuana before going to work, only 20% obtain it legally.  The other 80% buy it off the black market.
